Mediation in administrative law
Abstract
This paper examines the institution of mediation, a mechanism of dispute resolution that is making its way in the field of administrative law. It warns about some of the mechanisms that today are beginning to admit schemes of cooperation between the public and private sectors, in order to help to resolve problems stemming from legal relations between citizens and the administrator.
