Autonomy in the Political Constitution and its special reference to higher education in the perspectives of the 21st century

Abstract

The concept of "autonomy" is stated in the Fundamental Charter in its first article, third paragraph, regarding the recognition of intermediate bodies in which society is organized and structured and guarantees them: adequate autonomy to fulfill their own specific purposes.
