The author develops in his work "the institutional organization of the Constitutional Court", in order to delve, from the position of a university professor, into highly relevant aspects of Constitutional Law, often stressed by its important political implications. The objective of this exhibition is to analyze the current structure of the Constitutional Court, both in its relationship with other powers of the State, as well as briefly its powers.
