Política. Revista de Ciencia Política is edited by the Faculty of Government of the University of Chile and published under a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International license that allows third parties to use what is published, provided that the author or authors of the work and its publication in this journal are acknowledged.

Intellectual Property: The submission and evaluation of the manuscripts received assumes that the author or authors declare that they are the original and exclusive holders of the proprietary and moral rights over the article, in accordance with the provisions of Law 17,336 on Intellectual Property (Chile). and that, in the event of having used the works of others in the creation of the article, either totally or partially, they declare that they have the respective authorization or permission of their owners to use them or that their use is expressly covered by the law.

The author expressly releases the Faculty of Government of the University of Chile from any subsequent responsibility for any legal, regulatory or contractual infraction that he or she may eventually commit or have committed in relation to the work, obligating himself or herself to repair any damage that may result from the infraction of these or other rights.

The author authorizes the Faculty of Government of the University of Chile to exercise the following rights with respect to the article submitted, whether by itself or through third parties: Publication, edition, reproduction, adaptation, distribution and sale of reproduced copies, including making the article available to the public online by electronic or digital means in Spanish, in every known territory whether Spanish-speaking or not, and for any type of edition whether  printed on paper or electronic or digital, through its inclusion in Política. Revista de Ciencia Política or any other publication published by the Faculty of Government.

This authorization is granted on a non-exclusive, free, indefinite, perpetual and non-revocable basis, as long as the corresponding rights subsist, and it releases the Faculty of Government of the University of Chile from any payment or remuneration for the exercise of the aforementioned rights. The authors retain copyright on their works and are able to reuse them if they so decide.
